Permit Information                        Watch Demo

This tab allows a citizen to enter the permit information.

1. Enter the required information on the screen.
   • The Middle Name and Fax fields are not mandatory.
   • The City/State is automatically displayed and cannot be changed.

2. To specify the location of the alarm system:
   i. If required, enter the Apartment information.
   ii. Enter the Street Address.
   iii. Click Validate. Validation checks if the Street Address is:
       • already registered for an alarm permit
       • within the city limits
       
   Note: If the Street Address is not valid, an error message is displayed. Correct the Street Address and validate again.

3. Click Next to proceed to the Billing Information tab.
