This tab allows a citizen to enter the information about the permit holder.
1. If the permit holder’s information is same as the permit information,
select the Same as Permit Information check box.
Or
Enter the required information.
In the Phone 2 and Mobile field, enter the alternate phone numbers. These fields are not mandatory.
After entering all the information, click Next to proceed to the Alarm Company Information tab.
